Elections in Zambia

Since its establishment, the Commission has delivered five (5) General Elections (in 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011 and 2016), two (2) Presidential Elections (in 2008).

Elections for last year went well and the E.C.Z Announced the winner  Which is Hakainde Hichilema, Who’s a currently president at the moment, the Elections results are below you can check out how it was going.

1. Hakainde Hichilema – 2,852,348 Votes

2. Edgar Lungu – 1,870,780 Votes

3. Harry Kalaba – 25,231 Votes

Registered Voters: 7,023,499

Votes Cast: 4,959,332

Valid Votes: 4,832,763
