Mordecaii Zm Opens Up on Leaving Kazadi Music, Triple M Beef, and Love Life

Mordecaii, the Zambian singer behind hit songs like Fire, recently sat down with The ZMB Talks to discuss his departure from Kazadi Music, his brand struggles, and personal life.

Speaking candidly, Mordecaii revealed that leaving Kazadi Music was a tough but necessary decision to focus on his creative freedom and personal growth. He acknowledged the label’s impact on his career but felt it was time to build his own brand. “Kazadi Music shaped me, but I needed to grow beyond that,” he said.

The singer also addressed rumors of a beef with fellow artist Triple M, saying, “There’s no bad blood. It’s just competition that fans blew out of proportion.” He added that he respects Triple M’s talent and hopes their paths will cross positively in the future.

Mordecaii Zm also spoke about his relationship, sharing that he’s currently in love and values privacy in his personal life. “I’ve learned to keep things private to protect what matters most to me,” he said.

As for his music, Mordecaii hinted at a new album in 2025, promising fans fresh sounds and deeper storytelling. “This is just the beginning,” he concluded.
