PLIGHT Chapusha professionally known as Plight Intellect
aka “The Mind of Plight” is a Zambian RnB/ pop artiste.
born in Mazabuka on 6th November 1987.
As a first born in a family of three boys, Plight always had
a strong desire andpassion for music from his childhood.
He would always orient himself with music which he did in
his grades 8 and 9 at Matero Boys Secondary. Thereafter,
he started using music to express himself and to share other
people’s experiences.

Outside music, Plight holds a computer degree from Massachusetts Institute of
Technology(MİT). He is also a USA online, Microsoft Certified IT Specialist and
Programmer, Cisco Networking, Web Engineering, Cyber Security and he also
holds a Masters in Information Systems Management from the University of
Roehampton.
Professionally, Plight is a certified programmer, web engineer, systems
administrator, cyber security specialist and runs an Information Technology firm
